We are not responsible for any packages that are delivered to a wrong address. UPS charges a $16.50 fee for each incorrect or incomplete address such as missing APT# or Suite#. We reserve the right to bill you for this fee. Make sure your shipping address is completely correct.
We are not responsible for any delays that happen. Once we create and ship your product it becomes the carrier’s control. If the carrier credits us with a shipping mistake we will forward the credit towards your package. We are not responsible for packages left on doorsteps or stolen packages. We highly recommend having someone home the day the package is being delivered. If your product does arrive damaged, please contact us along with photographs and we will arrange a replacement if possible.
Based upon the shipping options you select and distance being traveled, we may opt to delay the shipping if the delivery time extends through the weekend. UPS does not do normal delivery on Saturday and Sundays and we don’t want your product sitting in their hot warehouse over the weekend possibly melting.
In order to help resist the melting of our products during shipping all orders will ship with our new insulation liner and Ice Brick in the warmer months. The liner with the Ice Brick help preserve the temperature of the product. We cannot completely guarantee against any melting, so WE HIGLY RECOMMEND EXPEDITING YOUR SHIPPING ORDER especially if the order will take more than 3 days to ship.
